I found this site today and this information is wonderful. We discuss much of this on this forum. I hope you will read the entire thing. It's very informative and could help you make good decisions about how you handle fibromyalgia.

The new link works. It's a decent primer on the subject, all the basic info in one place. The link would be a good thing to have right at the top of the fibro 101 thread.

I enjoyed reading the information. It's always good to see those reminders of things we may have forgotten, but can be so helpful to us. I agree that it would be a nice addition to Fibro 101. I would have loved having this information available to me when I first started the journey. I was doing so many google searches and it was a challenge to sort out the ones that weren't credible sites. I wanted factual information, research-documented recommendations, etc. so I'm always happy to read things like this that are distributed by reputable organizations.
