Strange new symptoms...

They are scaring me a lot.. I am now having a lot of eye problems. Pain in and around the eyes, bad migraines for the eye pain, sharp pains coming from the eye that radiate into my head. I am also getting pupils that are changing in size. I told the doc, they ran a CT scan and it was all clear. Also this may sound crazy, but it looks like my eyes are getting smaller, and its not just my eyelids getting droopy. It's very scary. That's just part of it.. I am now having numbness in random places in my body, like my arms, feet, hands, legs, and my face and forehead. I am scared, I am only 21 and have never worked cause of this cause it just keeps getting worse and something new happens every month or so, it's been 3 years now, I don't know what to do, the medication just makes things worse and messes me up somehow in one way or another.

Sorry to hear about what's going on with you. If I were you I'd google reputable websites like drugs.com and see if what you're experiencing are side effects of your medication. I'm going to go off of the only medication I've been on for the last month because of the side effects I've been experiencing. When I called the pharmacy about my side effects the pharmacist said take more which my doctor told me I could do. I spoke with my doctor's assistant and she said I could go off of it if it wasn't doing much for me and causing side effects.

Does this med that you're taking help you? If not I would recommend that you talk to your doctor about going off of it. I have 11 years of experience dealing with this fibro and several doctors and I didn't receive much sympathy about side effects. Sometimes I think they push the meds too much.

If you do go to an eye doc, see an opthalmalogist instead of an optometrist. An opthalmalogist has more training & can diagnose & treat diseases of the eye
