Hi everyone,
Sorry I haven't been on for a while, but we have recently moved into more suitable accommodation.
My question is, when you have low vitamin d, does it affect your blood sugar levels?
When my vitamin d levels seem ok, my sugar levels seem to be quite stable. But when my vitamin d levels drop my body seems to struggle keeping my sugar levels up. Just wondering if this is normal?
I also suffer from anorexia, so it's quite hard to keep my sugar levels up anyway, but vitamin d seems to play a big part in it.
Hope to get some answers soon.
