Can-do mindset is inspired by all of you

When chronic pain came into the picture, I had to accept there there was going to be some limitations in my life. I found out quickly that I just can't do and go like I once did...being a stubborn person I hated it.

Coming to this forum, I've gained knowledge and inspiration from all of you. Focusing on what I'm able to do rather that what I can't has helped me...it has given me an attitude of grattitude...you helped me get there.

Sharing your own experiances, I've gained insight and realized...I'm not in this alone...others do understand. I do feel a connection with all of you. We all have had our ups and downs...we motivate and inspire eachother.

Thank you my fibro family for all you do. It is wonderful to be a part of a group that is so caring.

I want to thank everyone and especially the ones that keep this site healthy. I am so thankful for the support and the wealth of information I have learned here. My fibro seems to be well under controlled now. I now know it's all about balance. If I go none stop, I know now I will pay for it with pain. I am getting smarter and wiser. lol
