I don't expect to spring out of bed, but for some time now I have had a really rough time getting out of bed in the morning. I feel like I had a big workout the day before, went to bed & woke up all sore & stiff. But I have to get up & get the kids off to school. Plus, I feel that I MUST get up, for my own good. I explained -- er, confessed -- to my husband that when he wakes me up & urges (feels like nagging at the time) me to get up, I hurt so bad I hate him with the white-hot intensity of a million suns! Not that I really doooo, it just feels like he is torturing me, but that he is right, I must get up. It helped him understand why I am so ornery in the mornings. I used to be a morning person too. I don't want to have to take a muscle relaxant every night. Does anyone have any tips/ideas?
