I know how you feel. I had been having some good days, I rate them on a 1-10 scale and was
at an 8-9. Then I went to my daughters wedding which was out of town, was around 7 little grandkids
and came down with a cold on the Wednesday before the wedding. Still had to take part in the
decorating, rehersal dinner, wedding and reception. No one forced me to, just felt as the m-o-t-bride I
should take part. Well it is three weeks later and now I'm down to a '4' and just can't get rid of
the achy fluy stuffed up head tired fatiqued no motivational feelings.
I'm not depressed, regardless of what the docs say, when I'm not hurting I'm one happy mama.
I would like to see these docs and critics live their days feeling like they had the flu, not one day
but everyday. Bet they would be just a tad sad if they thought this was going to be their new life
for the rest of their lives.
How do other people get through these down times?
Well as Scarlet would say, "Tomorrow's another day."
