As far as I know--Ive been doing a little research, but its overwhelming--its almost every fruit. The website I found for food intolerance issues (below) has a list of stuff I can eat and what I have to avoid. But I really want someone to talk to that has it and can give me pointers...

I can have pineapple, though, which is at least something I suppose. Its all so confusing and theres so much I have to avoid now!
