Hi my friends!
Just got back last night...slept in this morning. My little grandaughter thought Grammy should be up every morning around 6:30. 
It was great to see my family...wish we didn't live so far apart...thank goodness for Skype. Saying goodbye at the airport is always hard.
Wisconsin's winter is mild this year, but still enough cold where my body knew the differance from Arkansas' temps. Keeping active and using my bed buddy helped. I walked an indoor track with my daughter
several days and even tried using her eliptical machine...that winds me too quickly...too much cardio for me.
Hubby kept the house looking pretty good so don't have too much to do except laundry and grocery shopping. I'm pacing myself, came home without a flare and don't want one either. 
Have to catch up reading posts. I hope you all are doing well.
