Hello,
I'm going to be calling my dentist today to find out if I might be allergic to the metals in my mouth. I heard allergies to metals from dental work can cause chronic pain. Has anyone looked into this?
I heard one can have a titanium allergy and there is a Melisa test a person can take. Some people have their fillings replaced with composites. I do have a permanant retainer in my mouth and a couple of implants. I need to get a few more implants but I don't know what else can be used other than a metal post.
Thanks.
