Thanks for posting this! It's an excellent article. I didn't know that Aspartame stimulates a pain receptor. That is an easy thing to eliminate from my diet.

I saw this too on facebook.. omg I don't use anything with aspartame, or msg. or suphites or nitrates..... I am so afraid of causing more pain and especially vertigo...
