stabbing pains

Anyone get stabs of pain that feels like someone is driving a screwdriver down into your joint or bone? Mine come on all of a sudden, last maybe 5-10 secs and goes away. Very specific area, I mean I can pin point it for sure...but they happen all over my body. Is this just the nerves acting up? It gets worse when I am in a bad flare.

I get them pretty much all over. I know my wrists, hands and around my feet are the worst. It is frustrating. Mine are usually quick, so by the time I say ouch, it's just about over. lol
