I'm sorry if this has been discussed before, but it would take me a long time to find it. Is anyone take Coenzyme Q10 to help w/ their fibro muscle fatigue and/or fog? If so, is it helping? I was wondering about
adding this to my supplements to see if it helped. Thanks, Meg

Meg, I started taking CoQ10 to help with muscle pain caused by my statin medication. It helped with that but it is a wonderful supplement to add to your daily supplements. My doctor was very pleased that I did this...it's wonderful for your heart among other things. Here is a link all about
CoQ10.

I was taking it - two capsules in the morning but ran out. I notice more pain without it. I was taking three in the morning but it wired me so I couldn't sleep. The wired part felt good
but not sleeping does a number on me.
