As I read my first depth book on Fibromalgia, it all making sense now. I could never figure out why I felt so wasted after eating meals sometimes. As I read a large paragraph on reactive hypoglycemia it brought chills down my arms. I have a horrible diet of high carbs. I would tell my husband I think I need to lay down because I feel so weak. I am ready for a change in my diet. I am going to talk it over with my Dr., but it's going to be up to me to want a change. I had a bad spell today, so I think I am ready. I hope to see a change. I was wondering if it's both the sugar from the pops and the food?
