The dizziness and being tired could be caused by higher blood sugar numbers. Did you check them when you were dizzy or before you took your nap? I bet you would be surprised. There is no way your numbers are at 121 if you are eating chocolate and more chocolate, and chocolate cake, and sandwiches (bread). The 121 must be your fasting number.
I'm diabetic and when I get really tired it's because I haven't been eating correctly. The sandwich would have been fine if you hadn't added the chocolate cake for dessert. Also, the fruit would have raised your blood sugar, too. See what I mean? You would have been better off making a salad with lettuce, tomato, and ham in it. Then you possibly could "fudge" OCCASIONALLY and have a half a piece of chocolate cake. You wouldn't have been so tired.
As for the pin pricking sensation, that can be fibro, diabetes, or it could have been how you were laying. When things like that happen to me, I get up and walk around for a few minutes and usually when I get back into bed, the sensations are gone.
