Of course Fibro pain "is real".... but I mean to say, which aches and pains have an actual reason other than hyperactive nerves ?
This question is extra hard for me, as I am constantly chasing aches and pains around my body, due to my weightlifting. Last week was my left forearm. This week, my right shoulder. This morning my right elbow.....
^ All parts of my body that might have ached "before" I ever started lifting weights, due to my Fibro.
I do still occasionally get pains that I know are Fibro related. Mostly the "nails stuck into my flesh" sensation. {gotta' love those, huh ? :)}
Anyway, obviously if I have seriously strained something, then I need to back off on training that part of my body for a bit.... or switch up my workout to accomadate...
But then again, if I stopped working a part of my body every time it hurt a little, I wouldn't be working out at all !
Fortunately, most of my aches and pains start to go away after the first or second set. Gotta' love those endorphins ;)
Your thoughts ???
Peace,
Fish
