At least you are out of the way of the biggest parts of the storm so that is good. I certainly hope any of our members who are in the way are taking precautions and will be safe!!
I get more aches as I think many of us do with Fibro when there is change in the barometric pressure with storms.
The best thing you can do though is stay out of bed and keep moving. Do gentle stretches and go for brief walks. The more that you rest...(outside of our regular sleep at night) the more stiff and swollen you will get.
Same thing with making sure to stay well hydrated and keep away from sodium.
The other thing I have done is bought 4, inexpensive fans at Walmart and put them throughout the house. Especially in my bedroom overnight, this keeps the air circulating and from getting stagnant.
