OT but health related: Zit inside my nose?!

Gross! The inside rim of my nostril has been burning and feeling strange, like I'm about to get a zit. What the heck can you use on a zit kinda inside your nose?! I use Proactiv on my face, have for years and I have beautiful clear skin. It's just this approaching zit IN my nose. lol
I know you can't put peroxide, witch hazel or running alcohol inside your nose. So what can you use??

I have also been using proactive for my skin. I would make sure you know what is inside your nose before you treat it. If it is close to the rim I would try using a q-tip soaked in peroxide to apply to the rim of your nose. Or like like ak angel said it could very possibly be a dry sore spot inside your nose. This time of the year can be bad for that. I would just watch it and see. I hope it goes away soon!!!!

I get them deeper thanks to my lupus. I found that a little antibiotic on a qtip helps. Also irrigate with saline spray helps.
