Today, I pulled a muscle in my back -- from getting up off the toilet. Isn't that the most ridiculous thing you've ever heard?!? I had to take a Flexeril muscle relaxant.

Sorry about
your back...flexeril helps me too.
Today, because of super thick fog...I went to the bathroom pulled down my jeans but forgot to pull down my undies, yup I wet my pants while sitting on the toilet....that is also ridiculous :)
Hugs, Robin

I hurt my foot standing up!
I had been sitting in my father's swival chair with my feet tucked under the chair. You know how you sit in office chairs. I stood up and suddenly pain shot through my right foot like a sprain. I wrapped it up like I do for a sprain. It hurt for two days to walk on. Today it feels fine. Go figure?
Our bodies are so tempermental.

Oh no, that sounds like it was terrible! I've slept away almost all of today from taking the muscle relaxant. I even took a walk with my daughter and it was like sleepwalking

A good chiropractor if you don't feel better? I've heard that when a part of us is out of alignment the pain can show up later doing even the littlest of things.
Hope you feel better soon.
