Oh wow! What a great story! Thanks for sharing this!

After a couple of years of feeling lousy, I had a generally good year last year and felt pretty healthy and almost 'normal'. Even last year I was working out at the gym daily and lost a few dress sizes. So that also keeps me hopeful when I'm not feeling great, keeping in mind that flares and uncomfortable times come but things can improve too and there is hope in the future.

Another thing I keep in mind, at this website, is that a lot of the people that come here come seeking help from a problem. The site is probably more likely to attract those going through a rough time, but I think good times can exist for people with FM and that there are people out there with FM thriving.
