Well, the cravings are there when I feel worse, and always in cold weather. But I satisfy them by eating just little bits of the things I love - like half a chocolate chip
cookie, or a tiny piece of a chocolate bar or Lara bar....handful of nuts or ceral....a few nut thin crackers. I have to be so careful with my super-sensitive stomach.
Banana pudding sounds scrumptious right now! I say go for it, Robin! Live it up.
