Welcome Phoenix to the fibro forum! I was wondering have you been Dx. with fibromyalgia before? Many of your symptoms do fall under the fibromyalgia. The best thing you can do is find a board certified Dr. in rheumatology. You want to do some homework on the Dr. you pick so they need to be working with fibromyalgia patients. There are so many other diagnosis that are similiar to fibro symptoms. So this is why you need a proper Diagnosis. You have to be careful looking on line because sometimes we can think all our symptoms fall under many conditions.
I dont know how you work so many hours. I bet you have significant amount of pain. Do you have fatigue with this? There are many people on the forum that carrry a full time job too. Sometimes they have had to modify there hours to make it work for them. I had to stop work and go on disability. I now see it was the best thing that could of ever happen to me. I know all of us are not in a situation where they can stop work. I am very blessed.
Finding the right treatment plan for fibro is very important. If you feel that you have it then this is the place to learn how to mangage it. I never learned how to care for myself with fibro from my Dr's. I got all this from the forum over a few years. It was a trial and error thing. I came to this site in severe pain and depressed. I am happy to say I have good control of my fibro.
Educating yourself is very important tool in treating your fibro. Getting some good books on fibromyalgia is a good start. This is a great place for support. Feel free to ask questions.
