My neck is feeling better, it's still very tight espechially around my left upper sholder area. I couldn't work out yesterday because of it. I feel better today but am not sure if I should go ahead and get on my treadmill or not. I have no Idea if it would make the area worse or not. I would appriciate any opinions on this because I just got back to working out again and now because of my neck I'm not sure what the best thing to do is. Thank you in advance!!!
