I try to stay away from coffee (but occasionally have a cup of decaf).  I enjoy herbal teas, but sometimes wish they would have a stronger flavor.  I do like Celestial Seasonings teas--I had a cup of something called Sleepytime Extra yesterday, which was delicious. Their ('plain') Sleepytime is good, also.

I also like Lipton Green Tea with Orange, Passion Fruit and Jasmine.

What flavors do you like?  Anyone here make their own herbal teas?  Thanks for any responses!

I like tummy mint tea, peppermint tea, orange p.. um p something, can't spell it lol, chai, machi (oh that is a fresh tea of green tea), sleepy time, camoil sigh, I can't spell that either guys. I give up on spelling, tea from my mint and spearmint leaves. Oh, and I love taking orange p.. and steeping it with fresh lavender for iced tea. I find the lavender gives it a non bitter taste and doesn't require sugar. Or at least for me.

I am fond of the vanilla chamomile. I also like the decaf green teas.

I am a tea drinker - bags and mix. I have always been a Lipton girl. lol Yrs back I would drink regular Lipton iced tea, and at night I would twitch like crazy. My sister suggested it may be due to caffeine. I started w/ the decaf and I've never had a problem since then.

I like the regular tea, but I find I grab the herbal orange most times. If I have the reg decaf tea, I can drink it plain or w/ or w/o sugar or lemon. When I have the orange, I drink it plain. Sometimes I will add an ice cube, otherwise the tea makes me sweat - or should I say, it makes me 'glow'.

The funny thing about coffee or Pepsi is the caffeine in them doesn't cause me a problem, just the tea. Go figure.

Smurfy Shadow: The tummy mint tea sounds so good! Is it actually called that? Do you know the brand? Also, do you mean orange pekoe? Yum--lavender with that sounds great!

Myself 09: I also drink chamomile tea, but have not heard of the vanilla chamomile. Is this an actual 'boughten' tea, or do you just add vanilla to the chamomile?

Alice: I drink lots of iced tea in the Summer. I will really have to check out that orange (orange pekoe?)

It is a Celestial Seasonings blend.

My local tea shoppe sells this herbal blend I love called morning juice-lots of citrus in it. Yum.

I drink "Throat Coat" by Traditional Medicinals almost every night. I started because I so often have a dry, scratchy throat, but I've become fond of the taste, too.

I'm with the rest of you - the ones with orange flavoring are some of my favorites.

Funny how we all seem to like Orange. I think Stash makes the kind I like, it might possibly be Tazo. Just plain Orange.

I've been a coffee drinker for years. But finally I've bowed down to the medical experts and I'm giving it up...day four is now over. Hopefully the headaches will end soon too. I've been drinking the Orange tea as a warm morning drink substitute...not quite the same, but I'm hoping that I'm switching over to a healthier habit.

I have just tried the Yerba Maté organic tea in choco mint flavour - it's not caffeinated and absolutely delicious. I'm a fan of herbal teas too and love the honey vanilla chamomile, lemon ginger and other Celestial Seasonings decaf teas, but this Yerba Maté is really different and very refreshing. It is energizing so I have it when I need to stay awake and be task-focused, or when the Fibro pain is just too much.

Thanks, Myself 09, I'm going to look for the Celestial Seasonings vanilla chamomile. Good mix.

Acheybody:  I had a free sample of "Throat Coat" a few months ago and yes, very tasty!

Namian:  Orange tea does sound delicious.  Hope your headaches end soon, and good for you for kicking the coffee habit.

angelfeather:  Choco-mint flavor--that has to be addicting!

I think I need to spend more time in the tea aisles.  I usually stick with chamomile or mint.  Time to expand my horizons a bit!  yeah

...forgot to add that I sometimes drink decaf green tea and add a few mint leaves to jazz it up. I froze lots of mint from my garden. Heaven knows there was enough to freeze and then some--it spreads like crazy.

The best green tea I ever drank was from snapple they had a green apple flavor that I loved!

My SO loves the Tazo green tea, a particular flavour I cannot remember right now. HE went to our tea shoppe, and the owner told him how to recreate it.

Maybe I'll do some experimenting with flavoring green tea. I'll let you know if it tastes good. Thanks for the ideas, everyone! :)
