Yikes....I can't imagine drinking that much to have that issue!
That boils down to the old adage of "moderation" with everything. From sugar, carbs, caffeine, etc. Having too much of anything is going to cause issues.
I enjoy my one cup of coffee in the am that contains about
80-100mg of caffeine based on the type that I brew. And then I drink nothing but water the rest of the day/evening because that is what I've enjoyed since I was a kid. I never drank sodas much. Once in a blue moon I will have a green tea in the afternoon if it's an especially hard day. But that is a minimal dose of caffeine.
So...not trying to be snarky but I think as adults we should all realize that having a cup or two of coffee is ok...Just like having a piece of cake once in awhile is fine. Having 10 sodas or 5 Venti espressos or an entire cake or pie every day is going to not have a good result with our health...
I don't live a strict life as I enjoy all types of food/drink..I just practice moderation:)
