Hey Almost, I've read this before. And I totally believe the foods we eat (and how much exercise we get) can have tons to do with.... if not
everything to do with our Fibro, and other related health problems. The thing that made it tricky for me though, is that on the short term, the foods I ate, never seemed to make the slightest bit of difference !
Heck, I used to pig out on Taco Bell, candy, proccessed garbage, etc, then have a surprisingly "not-so-bad" day. Then I'd have the rare, healthy, home cooked meal, and immediatly have a flare up ! Used to make no sense whatsoever.
It really wasn't until I just quit eating unhealthy crap altogether, and exercising daily.... and even then, it took months to really see any major changes.
