Well, for me it means I'll keep moving, walk a little and don't sit around too much...but if I'm really sore from overdoing it, no, I don't continue to do what made me sore in the first place.
And when I do start back, I'll scale it down.
I'm older, and have disc issues now, but even when I was younger and dealing with only Fibro, pushing myself always backfired.
