For me, the warm sun feels great! Of course, those really hot, humid days can drag me down. But it sure feels good to go out in my garden or on my deck and "play in the dirt." The sun feels like it's sort of "baking" out my fibro pain.
The cooler or really cold air seems to be the culprit for me. And especially when the weather goes from warm to cool, as in the Fall, my symptoms go absolutely wild.
I've considered moving to a warmer climate, but then again I hear places like Texas, Arizona, and Florida are so incredibly hot in the Summer--I don't know if I could handle that. I'm in the midwest, so we get all kinds of weather--very hot to very cold.
Strange how the sun/warmth can be good for some, and not good for others!
