WOW, that's interesting! I just saw an episode of... I think it was Dr. Oz that had JJ Virgin on there. I wonder, as far as the eggs are concerned, if that includes the whites too?? I eat hard boiled eggs but don't eat the yolk. Somewhere I read that it was the cholesterol in the yolk that was inflammatory. I've been using xylitol for my sweetner. It's derived from an evergreen tree. Looks and tastes like sugar but it has a very low glycemic index. And it's good for your teeth too
! My mom makes pickled beets/eggs. She uses the beet juice, applecider vinegar, and xylitol. I also read somewhere that beets (or beet juice rather) was good to flush the gallbaldder. So I eat a LOT of beets and drink the juice. That was one of the first things I could eat in any kind of significant quantity so I thought there was some merit to it.
I'm going to try to eliminate one thing at a time. See if it helps. I also started the bentyl tonight. The surgeon called and I expressed my concerns with the bentyl. He wasn't concerned and suggested I try it for 2 weeks then see a new GI regarding my digestive issues (speaking of, I just now realized this was my post about the fibro pain coming back, not my gallbladder post..oh well..lol).
I experienced some digestive issues today. Which is in line with my fibro symptoms not being that bad today. I woke up sore so I immediately walked for 30 minutes, sat in the sauna for 30 minutes, and then soaked in an epsom salt bath. That took care of my pain for most if the day. I didn't have to take any norco.
