I've had that feeling sooo many times, that trembling, and an increase in my allover pain and burning and - -

In fact, I'm having it today. My life has been nuts lately, I was up late last night trying to do some cleaning in my flooded, trashed basement before painters need to paint it (and trying to hold up samples to pick colors) - not what this old body needed.

With Fibro, if we overdo today, we will pay tomorrow. I guess it's a rule! Actually, it's not absolute....sometimes, ONCE in awhile, we might get away with something, or at least postpone payment for a few days.

It's hard to watch other people take their bodies for granted, throw caution to the wind - or never have any caution to begin with - while we have to live "life lite," (at least, on a physical level - we still have emotional, spiritual, and mental lives going simultaneously.)

I hope you're starting to feel a bit better by now.
