OK so having a couple issues the last few months. One seeing black spots and eye Dr can find no reason for it. The other is if I sit more than 10-15 Minutes without my feet up my feet discolor like I have a circulation problem, but circulation test came back normal. Waiting to see neurologist in June.
Anyone else have either of these problems? What tests showed the problem? Just wondering what direction to go in to figure this out.
Thanks,
Dorthi

I was having issues with my vision, it would go from normal to tunnel vision. My neurologist sent me to a cardiologist. I did a stress test and took home the holster. They did find some abnormal results. The cardiologist was able to get my vision straightened out.

Interesting.
My feet will turn bright red when I wear the wrong shoes, and stay that way for a while. Did they test circulation in general.... Or in specific, meaning the feet and the ankles?

My feet will get swollen and look bluish if I'm on them for long time.
They get cold too.

Dorthi- I use to have that problem real bad. I would hang my feet over on a Dr. Table and it would do this. I had always bad leg pains after work. I would use the circulation hoses and it help the leg aches. They could never give me an answer. Test normal too until one day I started getting frequent blood clots in my lungs. A Dr. In the hospital ran a few test and there was my answer. I had a genetic clotting factor disorder. After that I was started on blood thinners the rest of my life. It has made my feet turn back to normal color and I don't have leg pains anymore. I am not saying this is what you have, but it came to thought when you posted it. I even had blood flow test done and the works and nothing showed it. I always said, it was my circulation.

I enjoy googling. I came up with this website. Might this be a possibility?

It could be Raynaud's. This seems to be a condition many people with fibro have.

My feet get reddish too, esp. the left one...usually just the area by the toes. Sometimes up my leg a bit, too. It started around the time I ruptured a disc. It gives me the creeps!

I have been having trouble with my feet for years an years pain is one of the things I have wrong with them plus I have bunions on both my big toe knuckles (sexy!) and lately I have noticed the end of my toes turns a very dark purple blue and of course I have very dry skin. The dry skin could be due to the fact that more lotion might be in order. I also noticed that when I step wrong I get a sharp very sharp pain in my feet it's almost like when you step on a nail when your a kid. Hurts to the point where I have to sit down for a minute cussing the entire time...I tell my Dr these things an she just tells me to get dif shoes...well I've tried that, hasn't worked. My mom has neuropathy in both her feet an it's moved up her legs she's not diabetic the Dr said it could be passed down to her children...(thanks mom lol)..
I hope you find out what's wrong with your feet they are very important to us they help us get to where we are going lol.
