My rheumy told me today that he believes that this might be beneficial to me to help curtail my fibro symptoms. I've done some research on the Internet.
Does anyone have any experience with this?

I have never heard of this before, but I did a quick google search and it looks like an interesting idea. I may consider trying it later on...
I'd be interested to know about
other people's experiences with it too.
