I get a lot more pain when a front is coming. The pain actually makes me more fatigued because I tense up from it.
I'm diabetic and don't get hypoglycemia with barometric changes. There are other reasons why your blood sugar can go low but I don't think it's the barometric changes doing this. I do think you need to let your doctor know about that.
