Have any of you seen this article on what causes Fibro? This is really exciting because it makes it pathological not pschosomatic. It's not my head it's my thermostat!!! Yay!!!

Sorry, but I deleted the link (which I couldn't get to work, btw.  I just got there by putting in the company name.)  They are selling their services - the site even had a message from their CEO!  They have a vested interest in their research, which may be really groundbreaking, or not.

But we can't allow links to sites selling anything.  I hope you understand....

Fibro is definitely not psychosomatic - look at "Fibro 101" to see all the medical bodies who recognize it as a real condition! There are some doctors, and a lot of people in general, who still don't realize this, but things are changing. When I was diagnosed in 1993 (approximately) I had never even heard the word! I just knew I was a mess and needed help.

If you look at that "Fibro 101" thread, it explains the latest thinking about Fibro. The scientists don't have a definitive answer yet, but they are trying.

To keep me company, achybody.

I will be so happy when all doctors acknowledge that fibro is really a medical condition and people with fibro need relief.

Joy, we're getting there.  I think over half the doctors know fibro is a true illness now.  I know a lot more do then when I first developed it.
