Well, it's 3:32am and I'm listening to rain hitting our tin roof. Also I'm feeling the pain. Grrrrrrr! mad
I tried to go to sleep but my body kept giving me little wake up calls. I broke down and took some ibuprophen. My kidney doctor would have a fit over that, but I had to do something for the aching.

It's times like this when I want to scream "it's my body and I'm not going to take it anymore!" nono
I wish they would hurry up and find a cure for what we have. I'm tired of these painful times.
Well, going to try to sleep again. I think the pain medicine is kicking in. Good night.

I'm in the same boat tonight. Woke up in pain at 2am and can't go back to sleep. We had rain here for 3 days and normally, once the weather changes, I feel better but this time it is dragging on.

Hope you are feeling better soon!

im having a bad day also Joy...I know it doesn't help you, but wanted to know your not alone in your misery. Georgia is so far from UK, but heres a big reaching arm across the ocean and lots of gentle ((hugs)) x

It`s snowing here and all my muscles aches so much. Spending most of the time in bed and crying from time to time. :)

Wow, I too am having a crappy day and I am on the West Coast.

My theory: I think we tend to have pain increases as we settle in to new temp norms. This is the post summer fall weather time (ie, no longer Halloween weather) and actual FALL Fall, you know? I know that we are at 36 overnight every night now and we weren't there a week ago. And so I hurt. BUT! I know it will only take a week and then my body will stabilize (ie not take it personal and move the F on).

We are going to be getting the stormy weather later this afternoon and tonight.  I plan on bundling up!

I would up sleeping until about 4 pm today. I'm still tender and it's still raining, but better than last night.

Oh my aching body..

go to store today..

Been so long since I had been -
out of so many things & do not want to slip back into not eating cause I feel too bad to 'cook'.

Our favorite Chinese restaurant - that delivered!! - closed back in the summer.. they were my fall-back for times like these.

Since then, I just would go without eating sometimes. Was not a real big trip but will hold me over awhile.. healthy convenient foods.

Rain (only) here right now but just talked to mydear friend who lives an hour & a half west of here -
the rain there is now freezing on the trees already.
So happy I am home, kicked back, with my heating pads..
Feels like bones, muscles joints - everything hurs

tv news shows the expected traffic mess..

Count me in! Went to my rheumy today and filled out the pain survey and what my activity level was for the week. I normally see him every 10 -12 weeks but he wants to see me back in January.

Soaking in the tub does bring some relief, but one can only spend so much time in there. My electric blanket is my new best friend :)

Praying we will all get some relief!

So sorry your in so much pain..as a lot of others stated perhaps it is the weather change.
I live on the East Coast and we are being hit with a huge rain storm. Frigid temps yesterday warm today...my body hurt soooo much today. I made through work but barely.
I hope everyone's pain settles down so we can all enjoy a nice holiday tomorrow !

I figure this nasty front cause all the grunts and groan increases.
I'm still having issues with my shoulders and not being able raise my arms above my head.
It's very cold here but the rain stopped this early this morning.
Maybe tomorrow will be better. Let's hope for the best.
