yesterday I had 3 cups of tea (usually have decaf or water only) ate badly, racing thoughts upon entering sleep and yet I had 8 hours of sleep...usually when I have 1 tea it make me wired for the evening and I wake up several times or can't get to sleep at all. I can't understand how some nights I can get good sleep and others I can't...even when I take sleep med I don't get that much!
For me sleep is completely random, doesn't matter what I have eaten, what I have drank, what exercise I have done, what sleep meds I have taken etc
Does anyone else have this randomness? By the way as a result of that sleep I have had a pretty good day, fatigue very minimal, aches and pains right down...
