I found Miastar in another thread and thought it would be a good idea to give her her own thread.      Debbie

Hi all I'm new to this and looking for fellow fibro mites who understand the pain of merely breathing somedays!
34 been ill for 20 years fibro now being the justification.

Yes, we do understand that pain! No matter how we try explaining Fibro to others, it's really hard for them to get it....though some do try.

Take a look at Fibro 101, our first thread....a very helpful thread.

Welcome miastar to the forum! You found a great forum to be on. This has really helped me in managing my fibro. I hope we can get to know you more. Maybe you can us a small history of your fibro. See you around the forum.

Hi, Miastar, and welcome! I'm so glad you found us and joined in. We have wonderful members who love to help one another and, as a bonus, we really do care about each other, too. I think you will like it here.

As Debbie mentioned, please read Fibro101...the first thread on the forum. There are links to good info about fibro and you will learn a lot there.
