I have a bad cold - gone for nearly a year without a proper one, always feel like i am coming down with one (you know the familiar fluey fibro feeling) but never actually comes, well now it has...

Oh my goodness, I can't sleep...even after having night nurse and sleeping tablets, ive lost my voice (hubby pleased about that) my fatigue is through the roof - eyes stinging with pain, my back and neck are aching like mad - last week I had a brilliant day and made the coconut oil discovery and now bam - just like that im flat on my back...struggling to get on with my day

Please tell me i will get better and it will return to normal - well fibro normal anyway :o(

You will, Wackers, you will! I know it's hard to believe, in the middle of it, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel - you just can't see it yet.

Let's hope it's not THE actual flu...

Rest, fluids, and don't push yourself! Plenty of time for that later. Hope you feel better soon.

Don't rush getting back to yourself . Just give in to the fatigue and rest. I think the more you fight it the longer you will be sick.
