I received an email from a friend the other day that had some words of wisdom in it and several fit perfectly for us and fibro and other parts of our lives. So, I thought I'd share a few.
1.) You know why it's hard to be happy?
It's because we refuse to let go of the things that make us sad.
2.) Always remember that your present situation is not your final
destination. The best is yet to come!
3.) When nothing goes right.....go left!
4.) Be thankful for the bad things in life...for they
opened your eyes
to the good things you weren't paying attention to before!
5.) One of the hardest decisions you'll ever face in life is choosing
whether to walk away or try harder.
6.) Be with someone that makes you happy. Also, BE someone that
makes you happy!
7.) You cannot hang out with negative people and expect to live a
positive life.
8.) Never lose hope. You never know what tomorrow may bring.
I hope you found some of these to be helpful to you. I know I did.

Sherrine, I enjoyed reading these gems! It was a reminder that we do have some control and we are in charge of our own intentions. Thanks for sharing :)

I'm glad you folks liked this. Yes, we can be in control of our lives and really should aim towards that goal if we aren't. Once we are in control, we do have more peace and less stress. We all know what stress can do with fibro! Yikes!
Have a great day!
