How is the amitriptyline working for you? I took it years ago for chronic diarrhea (strong side effect is that it's drying), so I'm no help as far as for its other uses. I do know it used to knock me out all night--even into the next day! It most definitely helped me sleep. :)

How do you like talking to the psychiatrist? Do you feel like it's helping? I'd definitely be going to one if I could afford it!

Acheybody I like talking with him cause he worded Fibro perfectly with the there's no none cure and it can be dibilitaing. (sp?) He is very relaxed guy and wants to try different meds to get me to where I can function. We did the bloodwork to see if he needed to up it or if its just right.
Really knowledgable with Fibro and that was my main concern.
Said Florida will be ALOT better than Wi for me.
Wanted me to see a cronic pain therapist as well. SO I will be a busy little bee when we move trying to find a good doc to go back through all this to get to another doc..Hopefully I can get a letter or something to take to a doctor we choose with recommendations that I see more than just a family doc..
