Welcome ilone to the forum! I am glad you found us! I am sorry your miserable with chronic pain. I have been down that road too many times myself. I finally learned several things here to help manage my fibro. I hope you can find some helpful hints to help you manage your pain better.
This forum offers great support. I remember when I felt all alone with this fibro syndrom. I finally learned ways to teach my husband about
being more supportive for me. I hope you don't have to feel all alone again. Feel free to ask questions or if you need to vent the day away.
Have you been disgnosed with fibro already? It does take time to figure what works for you. I found out the more simple I keep it the better I am. I can understand about
taking Coumadin. I am on that myself. It doesn't take much to off set that INR.
I use to think I had other issues going such as ms or lupus. I woud think the worse because I couldn't imagine how one thing called fibro could cause so much pain and problems. After being checked out numerious times, I finally accepted the only diagnoses of fibro. Now there are some here that does have other auto immune issues. So it doesn't hurt to get check out well.
I just wanted to share with you what I do to manage my fibro. Limit stress, light exercise, vitamin D, magnesium, calcium, remron, eat healthy and subutex for pain. We all respond different to meds and many of us have numerious health problems too. So our treatments are different because of this.
I hope we see you around again. Let us know how your appointments go.
