Hi,
What type of compensation or support an employee can have due to having Fibromyalgia? The company terminated an employee and informed them while termination meeting she has a problem all the time due to her employment with them and she has Fibro and they informed her to file about this for claims and benefits ?
her termination is not due to performance , so they are willing to support and help ...
The time is short so need to gather all information needed to be well prepared for this ..
should we contact the doctor for filling some forms and we return it back to HR of the company ?
we are in Canada - any of your help will be appreciated.
