Lasr week, at an appointment, I looked down and had one blue sock and one black sock on. I couldn't believe I had done that so I've been careful that I have matched socks on.

Well, Thursday while at another appointment, I looked down and I had one blue shoe and one black shoe on. LOL. I wear Birkenstocks and I had two pair of the same style shoe.

I did that 'one shoe of each pair' thing a couple of weeks ago. Thankfully, only I noticed it (I think) and I was home, so I did a quick switch. rolleyes


Funny how a person can feel so embarrassed, even by yourself. blush   (I'll never tell...)

I was in the waiting area when I noticed my shoes and I burst out laughing. I then said I was starting a fashion trend. You just have to laugh it off.

I'm always starting to look for the remote to find my reacher/grabber, which I really depend on (That's my life, btw - looking for one thing to locate something else ;)

Two days ago, I left the house to go mallwalk and when I got back, the sliced turkey I was going to use for everyone's supper was gone...just gone. We managed without it, but the mystery remains....I would have thought that if the dogs got it, there'd at least be a plastic bag lying around. I just hope it doesn't turn up rotting under a chair somewhere.

I picked up my laptop to take it to another room, forgot it was plugged in and charging and the cord wiped out an entire desk full of papers and books. And tests that The Hubs was grading in alphabetical order. Oh well...

I was walking up a short staircase and happened to be holding a sharp knife.My husband was directly in front of me.I tripped and fell up the stairs(I am always off balance) My husband is still convinced that I was trying to kill him.

Yesterday, I was going to town and couldn't find my watch. I tore the room apart for thirty minutes trying to find it. I went to ask my mother if she had seen it and felt something move on my wrist. I look down and my watch was right there! Lol!

Today, I was getting ready to go to an appointment and couldn't find my hat. I was hunting around for it and my mom asked what was I looking for. I told her and she turned to her left and picked it up!

Yesterday we got a medical bill in the mail. I phoned the insurance company to check on it, and was asked the date of service. I said, "April 4, 2014."

Um....no. We're not there yet. I had been looking at the 'date due' instead of date of service. Duh. eyes


I did have lots of trouble sleeping the night before, so there was plenty of fibro fog. Am I excused? smilewinkgrin

Yes, I'd say so, Luvz...even without the bad night! I can so relate to that!

Today I was getting out of my car at King Soopers and the wind was blowing like crazy, so I was having a really hard time holding the door open with my still frozen-ish shoulder....it hurt. I was also trying to maneuver my reacher and shopping bags out, and I was already tired and achey and in no mood - NO MOOD! - and as I stepped out I found myself barking at the wind, "Shut Up!!"

But then, I find myself talking to myself more and more in public.  blush   I hope they don't start banning me from places.
