Provigil

The nuero gave me provigil for my extreme fatigue. The pharmacy gave me the generic I am taking 200mg. Today is my first day taking it and I am a little unsure. I am awake, as in not asleep, but still my body feels sort if tired does that make sense? I have not taken any pain meds not even an ibuprofen though so that's something.

Although I am pretty achey today so maybe I should? Might that help with the body tiredness, still trying to figure out how and when to take some of these meds.

I still think if I tried I could take a nap. Last night was an especially bad night of sleep and I am entering pms, so this is starting one of my worste fatigue filled weeks so I probably need to take the med for a couple of weeks to get a good feel for it.

Anyone else have any luck with provigil? Did it work immediately?
