Stiffness

Over the years I have consulted several type of doctors on my fibro and reported that the stiffness is as bad or worse than the pain.

For the first 4 hours of the day I can not bend over and pick up something off the floor or go up/down stairs.

Every doctor has said yes to fibro pain but dont understand this extreme stiffness

Is this stiffness part of fibro

I also have arthritis as well as fibro. I take Celebrex in the morning, 200mg, and by the time I get to work I can walk more normally and move more easily. If you cannot afford prescription Celebrex, Aleeve might help as well; both are anti inflammatory.
