Muscle spasms/ miserable

I got to see my neurologist today. I was relieved that my MRI didn't show MS. I guess all my new pain is Muscle spasms. That is the only thing I could figure. I don't know why my fibro decided to get out of control. It did this when I was working, but was controlled for a few years. I do know my back is not the best of shape. I was going to hold off checking it out, but maybe it's the back. So frustrated with my fibro right now. I am not sure what to do next. Maybe see a rheumatologist?

I too take a muscle relaxer for spasms, especially at night. I have found that lately I have increased my fluid intake and started a Vitamin D supplement and my spasms have diminished greatly, but this could just be a coincidence (we all know how fibro symptoms can come and go).
