Blood Sugar and Fibro

I have had trouble with hypoglycemia for decedas - I know this is common with anxiety disroders. Now at age 66 I am borderline type 2 diabetic.

I know that blood glucose swings can really whack the nervous system. Anyone see any relation to fibro??

I would think only in the way that one condition can stress out the body enough to bother another condition. If my IBD is giving me trouble, then my fibro hurts more.

YES! I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia at 27, it made me sick as a dog. As the years progressed it was finally changed to boderline diabetes. When I was finally diagnosed with fibro, I was not amazed to learn that reactive hypoglacemia is one of the symptoms.

It dropped the other day violently and made me sick sick sick. Once the food "kicked in" I felt great again.

Sucks.
