I finally had my surgery earlier this month and went yesterday for all of the biopsy results, and the masses (there turned out to be several, including one that was baseball sized) were all benign. I'm slowly recovering and fighting some minor complications, but I am very relieved and grateful to have it all behind me.

Thank you so much for all of your support, concern, and prayers. It meant so much to me to know that my HealingWell friends were in my corner. I hope you all are doing well.

I've been tempted to post and ask how things had turned out for you, but was hoping and guessing you would update us soon.

Another YAY from this corner. I think we all are doing a happy dance! yeah yeah yeah yeah Now you can get on with enjoying summer! I'm very happy for you, Austen. God is good.

Hopefully, your minor complications will soon be things of the past, too.  I'm sure now you know your masses were benign you'll get a huge boost in that department!!

Thanks for all the best wishes. It is such a relief to have all of that behind me. I'm looking forward to a summer without the pain, stress, and worry I've had the past 4 months. Nothing like a little dose of perspective to help you enjoy and appreciate your life. :-)

Hi Austen,

So glad to hear the good news! That has to be a huge relief and hopefully you will have a full recovery very soon.
With that stress being eliminated will certainly help in your recovery!
