National Fibromyalgia Association

Yesterday I had the pleasure via a web conference of speaking with Lynne Kennedy Matallana. Lynne is the Co founder and past President of the National Fibromyalgia Association and author of the book, The Complete Idiot's Guide to Fibromyalgia. Lynne has asked me to be the official spokesperson for men with Fibromyalgia. It was a wonderful experience, the interview was recorded and will be available soon on there website.

If you've heard of Lynne then you know of her incredible struggle with this condition and how she basically put fiibromyalgia on the map from her bed. She lives in California and currently is involved with her new company called Health Focus, which is going to have a major impact on fibromyalgia and all forms of chronic pain.

I did mention in the interview how important it is to find support via a support group or maessage boards that are of a positive nature. I was definitely thinking of you fine people when I said that! !!

Just wanted to share some positive info with you folks and let you know how much I appreciate all of you , and hope you're enjoying your summer with as little pain as possible. Take care everyone.

Just curious, I have Fybromyaliga w sciatica and other fun stuff but I'm wondering if anyone hurts inside there bones? Inside there legs? I've had a lot of pain, some from surgery and normal pain things and most for no reason but I've never till recently knew what the inside of my bones felt like. I sound crazy right? :) it's ok because for the past 20 yrs. or so I've been used to that. Please share if you know what I'm saying. Than you everyone.
