What do you mean by vibrations?
I have severe tininus in both ears due to hearing loss.

I think I might know what you're talking about
. It almost feels like there is a tiny muscle spasm going at the speed of a machine gun, yes?

AnnaBananna, yes, that's what it feels like. It makes me nervous and I'm curious if it's normal with Fibor or chronic fatigue.

Ocean 8 - are you on Cymbalta? I know Cymbalta can cause some ear issues.

Yes, I'm on cymbalta. I saw my doctor today, he thinks it may be from some anxiety, which makes sense because I notice it more when I'm feeling a bit anxious.
