Does this sound like fibro?

After a period of intense stress, I've had some bodily changes I'm still trying to figure out, my neuro said she thinks it could be fibro, but not sure. Here's what's going on:
-random muscles will be achy but mainly just the arms and back
-my joint get still and sometimes freeze up in my hands
-I have random shooting pains that mostly effect my hands and arms
-these sharp pains make their way through the body
-I have migraines
-low body temp
-I don't sleep well
-I have panic problems
-I have depression problems
-I've had vision changes
-I randomly get the frequent urge to urinate

I had an MRI and a cat of the brain both come out normal.
Could this be fibro?

It very well could be. But only a Dr. Can rule on that. Have you had blood work done to see if it could be anything else. Until you get a definite diagnosis, Keep moving. Get some gentle stretching and walking in if you can. Maybe try some magnesium malate for the aches and pains. Many of us use this.

Did you read fibro 101 the very 1st thread? It has many great suggestions as well as other things it could be. Do try to see a board certified rheumatologist if possible. They work with this condition everyday and know all the appropriate tests to run. Most importantly try and stay positive. If it is Fibro you can still have a good quality of life.
